1. The Promoter

This promotion ("the Promotion") is run by The Plastic Centre ("the Promoter"), of 1110 Elliott Court, Coventry Business Park, Herald Avenue, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 6UB, United Kingdom. Company registration number 16800691. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the Promoter.

2. The Promotion period

The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 9 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 ("the Promotion Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to close the Promotion earlier where all football prize stock has been awarded, and to extend the close date by up to seven (7) days where football stock remains undistributed. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not valid. All times are UK time (BST).

3. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who, during the Promotion Period, have made a qualifying purchase from any participating Plastic Centre branch (see the participating branch list on win.theplasticcentre.co.uk) or via our online ordering channel.
  2. "Qualifying purchase" means any paid invoice issued by the Promoter for goods or services supplied. A single invoice may be entered once only.
  3. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate households, the Promoter's group companies, and anyone else professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion are excluded.
  4. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria. The Promoter may at any time require proof of eligibility (including age, address, and the validity of the qualifying invoice).

4. How to enter

  1. Within the Promotion Period, scan the QR code displayed in-branch or on Golden Goals collateral, or visit win.theplasticcentre.co.uk.
  2. Complete the entry form (Form 1) with: your full name, email address, phone number, the branch you visited (or "Online" if your purchase was via our web order channel), and the invoice number from your qualifying purchase.
  3. If applicable, tick the bonus-spin boxes (see Section 5) and submit the form.
  4. Spin the wheel on the next screen to reveal your outcome.
  5. If you win a prize, complete the short address form (Form 2) sent to your email so we can post your prize to you. Completion of Form 2 within 14 days of being notified is required to receive any won prize (see Section 9).

5. Spins and bonus spins

  1. Each qualifying invoice entitles the entrant to one spin ("Base Spin").
  2. Ticking "Spent £150+ ex VAT" on the entry form adds one additional spin ("£150+ Bonus Spin"), subject to verification at the time of any main-prize award.
  3. Ticking "Left a Google or Trustpilot review" on the entry form adds one additional spin ("Review Bonus Spin"), on the basis of the entrant's honest declaration.
  4. Therefore, a single invoice can earn a maximum of three (3) spins. Each spin is an independent random event.
  5. The outcome of every spin is determined automatically by the Promoter's systems at the moment the entry form is submitted, and is stored in the Promoter's records. The on-screen wheel animation reflects this pre-determined outcome.

6. The prizes

The following prizes are available to be won during the Promotion Period:

Specific prize models, brands and specifications are subject to availability. Where any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for an alternative of equal or greater value.

7. Winning

  1. Win probabilities for the four main prizes (TV, BBQ, PS5, Ooni) are calibrated across the period 9 June – 13 July 2026, so that all four are awarded by no later than 23:59 on 13 July 2026. Football wins continue throughout the Promotion Period. Every spin is a real chance from day one.
  2. Each of the four main prizes will be won by no later than 23:59 on 13 July 2026, either by random outcome during the period 9 June – 13 July 2026 or via the Promoter's reserve mechanism that awards any unallocated main prize to an eligible spin before that date. From 14 July 2026 onwards (the football-only phase), the four main prizes are no longer available on the wheel — only football prizes can be won.
  3. No entrant may win more than one main prize during the Promotion Period. Winning a football does not affect eligibility to win a main prize, and football wins are not limited per entrant (subject to availability).
  4. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion (including the outcome of any spin, the validity of any entry, and the awarding of any prize) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. No cash alternative

  1. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  2. There is no cash alternative to any prize, in whole or in part.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

9. Notification & prize delivery

  1. Winners are notified instantly on the spin confirmation screen and by email to the address provided on Form 1.
  2. To receive any won prize, winners must complete the address form (Form 2) linked in the confirmation email within fourteen (14) days of the spin. Failure to complete Form 2 within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case the Promoter may award the prize to an alternative eligible entrant at its discretion.
  3. Prizes will be posted to the address provided on Form 2 within ten (10) working days of address confirmation, or delivered to the entrant's selected branch for collection — at the Promoter's discretion based on operational practicality.
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Where reasonable, the Promoter will arrange a re-send.
  5. Prior to delivery of any main prize, the Promoter may verify (i) the entrant's identity, (ii) the validity of the qualifying invoice, and (iii) any bonus-spin declarations (e.g. that the £150+ spend was genuine). The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a main prize where verification fails.

10. Promoter's discretion & disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice:

  1. To verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries from the same household using different details, attempts to game the system, or otherwise breaches these terms;
  2. To void any entry submitted with a falsified or duplicated invoice number, false statements regarding the £150+ qualifying spend or the leaving of a review, or that is otherwise obtained by fraudulent means;
  3. To void any entry where the entrant is found, on reasonable grounds, to be ineligible under Section 3;
  4. To modify these terms, suspend or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part, where required by law, where the integrity of the Promotion has been compromised, or for any other reasonable cause beyond the Promoter's control. Where the Promotion is terminated, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to award any then-undistributed main prizes to eligible entrants;
  5. To withhold any prize until verification of eligibility, identity and invoice has been completed to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction;
  6. To replace any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

11. Personal data

  1. The Promoter is the data controller of personal data collected for the purposes of administering this Promotion. The lawful basis is the Promoter's legitimate interest in administering the Promotion and, where ticked, the entrant's consent to receive marketing communications.
  2. The data collected is: name, email address, phone number, branch visited, invoice number, and (for winners only) address and postcode.
  3. Data will be retained for the duration of the Promotion plus six (6) months for record-keeping, fraud investigation and resolution of any disputes, after which it will be securely deleted unless retained for a separately consented purpose (e.g. marketing list).
  4. Entrants have the right to access, correct, port or request deletion of their personal data, subject to the Promoter's obligation to retain data for the purposes set out above. Contact [email protected] for any data request.
  5. Personal data will not be shared with any third party except where necessary for prize fulfilment (e.g. our chosen courier) or where required by law.

12. Publicity

  1. The Promoter may publish the first name, last initial and branch of main-prize winners (e.g. "Sarah G., Birmingham") on its website and social media for the purposes of publicising the result of the Promotion.
  2. If the Promoter wishes to publish a winner's full name or photograph, separate written consent will be obtained from the winner.
  3. Refusal to consent to such publicity will not affect a winner's right to receive their prize.

13. Tax

Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability (including but not limited to income tax) arising from receipt of any prize. The Promoter does not provide tax advice.

14. Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant in connection with the Promotion, including (without limitation) loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  2. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, network outages, browser incompatibility or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry or receiving a prize notification.

15. Force majeure

The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, public health emergencies, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes, supplier failure, or government action.

16. No association with FIFA

This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with FIFA or any official tournament organising body. References to the summer football tournament are made only to indicate the seasonal context of this Promotion.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the Promotion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Entering means accepting these terms

By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enter.
